We have our own mobile hose container, which we use to repair or to replace diverse types of hoses up to the size of 2". All hoses have been tested and certified.

Preparation

Communication is a vital part of the work we do. From the moment you get in touch with us, we will be in regular contact to work out the details of the project. It is during this period that we set out the time frame, the material we bring with us, safety precautions, our work method and any other information that is relevant to finding the best solution.

Realisation

Rusch offers an all-in solution, the purpose of which is to unburden you as much as possible. In addition to the hands-on repairs on-site, we take care of all the paperwork, such as arranging visas and bringing materials through customs.

While we execute the project, we provide daily briefings to make sure you remain up-to-speed on the progress we make. Through on-going communication during our work, we ensure that we find an ideal and satisfactory solution.

Reporting

At the end of the project, we provide you with a full and detailed briefing on our work. We deliver this final briefing on-board, so should you still have any remaining wishes after our initial work is done, we can adapt to them and do additional work until you are fully satisfied.
